This session offers several effective tips to incorporate non-verbal communication into the rehearsal setting. Rehearsal efficiency is maximized and student engagement improves. Additionally, this session discusses ensemble balance and the tools directors can utilize to achieve their desired sound. Participants will be assisted in establishing a "default" setting for balance in various styles of music.
