About the event
This session will address how our attitude affects our ability to lead. MODEL is an acronym. It starts with being able to motivate, which requires a relationship. Our attitude becomes our words and our words become our actions. We must build trust, which is a key component of being an effective leader. This can't happen without the appropriate steps in building relationships, which takes us back to MODEL!
