Dr. Caroline Hand, Associate Director of Bands and Assistant Professor of Music Performance at Ball State University, conducts the Symphony Band, directs the “Pride of Mid-America” Marching Band, oversees Ball State Athletic Bands, and teaches select courses in music education.
